You would need to rent the correct size dumpster(s) for your needs, handle the heavy lifting and loading of items into the dumpster, and properly dispose of the junk. At Junk Platoon, we try to be as environmentally conscious as we can be. We do take a lot of items to a local rage room for their use and if you'd like us to donate items all you have to do is identify which items you'd like us to donate and we'll take them to a donation center. If you have a lot of metal, we will also pull that out and take it to a recycle center. Beyond that, everything goes to the landfill.
No, you don't need to be present during the house cleanout process. If you are unable to be present, our team will still be able to complete the job as long as we have access to the items that need to be removed and any specific instructions from you beforehand. We will request payment before we begin work, however.
