I was well informed of my services from beginning to end starting with Alexis. She was very accommodating to my needs. She worked with me on a time that was convenient and even gave me a first time discount. Tyler and Buster were both so sweet and helpful with whatever I needed done. I found Junk Platoon to be everything I found out about them before I place my pick up appointment. The website is simple and the reply was quick. A date was set and they call my cell 30 minutes before they arrived. Todd and Tre were the individuals picking up the items that day. They presented a price before starting to load. I am unable to assist them, but that did not matter. They did not need any help. They were very polite and loaded quickly. It was a very positive experience.
